We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
If you have received an item of inadequate quality, you have the right to return it for a refund or request a replacement of the item within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photos and videos accurately showing the defects of the product.
Please note that if you contact us after 15 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to refund your money or replace the item.
Our standard refund policy remains in effect for all other refunds. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Refusal of an order after receiving it due to its uselessness is not a reason for a refund.

If your refund is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. The cost of sending the goods back to the warehouse lies entirely on the customer. Items sent back to us without a prior request for a refund will not be accepted.
